In Draw and Impress, both Format->Image->Crop, and Format->Image->Crop Dialog are available.

But in Writer and Calc, only Format->Image->Crop (the interactive tool) is available; Crop Dialog is not, thus making fine tuning of the crop impossible.

An example for testing would be e.g. attachment 82170 [details].
