1. Create a text document. 2. Add a table. 3. In a table cell, create a numbering (F12), and add a text. 4. Adjust the numbered paragraph's indents: make indent before text 0, and first line indent -0.64 mm => the number should move outside of the cell's boundaries, and so only text after the numbering is shown in the cell. Printing and exporting to PDF will show the number outside of the cell, though.
