Description:
If I click on the masters icon, nothing happens, but I can drag it open.
Works as it should in v7.3.7.2

Steps to Reproduce:
1. copy a slide from another odp
2. click on icon in side pane
3. nothing happens

Actual Results:
side pane should open up showing all masters, so I can than apply the new master to the slides and delete the old masters (which may include old or flawed styles)
However, I can drag the pane handle to open it

Expected Results:
Side pane should open up, as it does when I click on any of the other icons.

I notice that once I have done the opening by dragging, after that the icon acts as per normal.
