Description Brusel 2023-02-06 16:00:49 UTC
Description:
Programme 7.5.0.3 under Win11 21H2 (Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-8400 CPU @ 2.80GHz) 64-Bit
Pasting text copied to the clipboard only works the first time. If new text is copied to the clipboard, only the text first copied there from Libre Office is subsequently pasted again in the document.
In the "Editor", the correct current text can be pasted, also in other programs, so that the clipboard itself works.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Copying text to the clipboard in Libre Office Writer
2.Paste copied text into Libre Office Writer
3.Copying text from another application to the clipboard
4.Paste text from another application into Libre Office Writer

Actual Results:
Text from another application is ignored, the text from the 1st copy is always displayed.

Expected Results:
Paste the text from step 2. from Other application

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: Yes

Additional Info:
This error has existed for some time Jan 21, I don't understand why it's not being addressed.

Hello I have found the error, it was the program "Text modules PLUS" from www.sirat-it.de
Has füher always worked since the Libre Office version 7 apparently no longer.
Thanks

Hi Brusel

Do you mean that starting "Text Modules PLUS" when LibreOffice is running brings up the copy-paste issue?
Comment 5 Brusel 2023-02-22 16:54:09 UTC
Yes, when the "Textbausteine Plus" programme is running, copying from other programmes into Writer or Calc no longer works. If I close Textbausteine Plus, it works again.
Comment 6 Stéphane Guillou (stragu) 2023-02-22 20:56:13 UTC
Thank you, Brusel. Seems consistent with what is described in https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=148647#c11

Yes, indeed. I did a test with "Textbausteine Plus" and saw exactly the same observations as in Bug 148647
