Description:
Dark mode makes active icons impossible to read. It raise high accessibility issues.
See screenshot, it speaks for itself.
Using windows, with dark mode on and default setting in LO.
In order to be functional, dark mode should :
1) change font color from white to black
2) invert icons' colors.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open LO on windows with dark-mode (OS level) on.

Actual Results:
Active or hovered icons are impossible to read.

Expected Results:
Dark mode should :
1) change font color from white to black
2) invert icons' colors.


Reproducible: Always
