On pc Debian x86-64 with master sources updated today + brand new LO profile (gtk3 rendering), I don't reproduce this. Did you try to reset your LO profile? Thanks Julien, you're right, a fresh profile fixed it. I thought it could have been related to the unnamed theme in bug 153794 but doesn't look like it. Marking as WFM for now.
