Description: The status bar button and insert key won't enter Insert / Override mode while Track Changes is set to Record. Reproducible with both odt and docx formats. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open document, enter Insert mode by pressing insert key or overwrite button. 2. Enable change tracking, Menu -> Edit -> Track Changes -> Record. 3. Once tracking, enter attempt to Insert mode again, nothing will change. Actual Results: Insert mode was not able to be enabled with Track Changes - Record, enabled. Expected Results: Insert mode to be enabled whilst Track Changes - Record, is enabled.
