Screencast

I want to delete many user-defined formats in quick succession. Ideally, I'd press Delete several times. But,

1. Pressing delete doesn't do anything
2. Clicking the red "x" icon deleted the format, then moves the cursor to the top of the list, so I have to scroll back down to where the deleted format was.

Worse,

1. Keyboard focus moves from the "Format" list to the "Category" list.

2. If I click "User-defined" in the list of formats, then delete a format, the selection moves from User-defined to Number in the Category list.

It would be very helpful to allow Shift/Ctrl+mouse click to multi-select formats.
