The file is unuseable. 

Steps to Reproduce:
Open the file and expect something readable

Actual Results:
unreadable

Expected Results:
readable file ;-)


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes

Additional Info:
The file was manually modified by unzipping for anonymizing company names and editor names. The unmodified file is available.

Just for curiosity, taking a look at git.libreoffice.org/libvisio, last commit is in 2019.
Did the repo move or did you quit libvisio dev both of you?

If you have access to Visio, please resave it as .VSD and check if the issue is reproducible with this format.
