Description:
if i write a paragraph and drag a diagram on the paragraph.the paragraph are hided(behind the image). if i insert a image from system the based on the paragraph wise its assigned properly. For my case diagram should not assigned by 
based on the paragraph.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open libre writer then write a paragraph 
2.open gallery then drag a diagram on the paragraph
3.the paragraph go on the behind of the diagram

Actual Results:
the paragraph should not align properly

Expected Results:
the paragraph should align properly
