Sample slide (PPTX)

Slides 1 and 15 of attachment #127409 [details] from bug #102261 render
differently in LibreOffice than PowerPoint: some bullet points 
are shown in different sizes (= smaller).

The sample document attached here is a reduced reproducer.

The difference I see

It is different for me. I see the bottom two bullets as not entirely round.
