Is this happening on every file? Or in one particular file only? In LO, open menu Help > About and click the Version Information icon, then paste that info here in your next comment (it includes not only the version, but also additional info). In addition to answering that, could you please attach a simple file in order for others to replicate the same behavior? Before attaching any file, please be sure to eliminate any confidential/private info: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/Bugzilla/Sanitizing_Files_Before_Submission
Thank you for the report. It looks like the first cell of your selection is a merged cell, so I believe this is a duplicate of bug 154803, which should be fixed in upcoming version 7.5.4 and in master. If you are able to, please confirm that it works again in a master build, which will install in parallel to your current installation: https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/current.html *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 154803 ***
Other info on this issue: 1) the bug is not present in the previous version (I don't remind what version is, sorry) on Windows I use at work, and the firs cell is the same of actual, a merged cell. 2) This bug is not present in the Linux version 7.3.7.2 i have on my pc home (with Kubuntu 22.04)

The issue was a regression in LO 7.5. You will see the fix in either 7.5.3 or 7.5.4.
