Description:
Certain textbox is empty, however it should apparently contain text

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open attachment 162400 [details] (bug 134298)
2. The top header is empty. It should - apparently - contain text. See screenshot


Actual Results:
Empty box

Bibisected with Linux 43all repo to range https://git.libreoffice.org/core/+log/a1ac2538e9b287444500618ab4d2f0f06c25cf34..19f4ebd8a54da0ae03b9cc8481613e5cd20ee1e7

Includes ALv2 code rebases. Nothing jumps out to me.
