Text in DOCX file is missing.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open attache file
2.scroll to page 2
3.

Actual Results:
layout broken, missing text

Expected Results:
as in word. Compare with screenshot.


Reproducible: Always

This seems to have begun at the below commit in bibisect repository/OS linux-64-7.1.
