Description Amin 2023-06-05 17:04:20 UTC
Description:
If you switch the direction of a libreoffice calc's sheet to RTL, its horizontal scrollbar acts same as LTR mode. It is occurred in libreoffice 7.5 and it was correct in 7.4

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a new/existing calc document
2. Click on "A1" cell
3. Click on "Sheet" menu
4. Click on "Right-To-Left" menu
5. Try to move horizontal scrollbar

Actual Results:
The horizontal scrollbar remains at the left side. You cannot move it to left. If you move it to right, the cells go to right.

Expected Results:
By switching to "Right-To-Left" mode, it is expected that:
1. The horizontal scrollbar sticks to the right
2. Like all other programs, by moving the scrollbar to the left, the sheet must move to the right

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: Yes

Additional Info:
This is in contradict with common behavior of horizontal scrollbar even in previous versions of calc.

Hello, thank you for reporting the bug. I'm having trouble reproducing the bug. When I follow the steps listed, the "Right-To-Left" menu option is greyed out. Are there any other steps you have taken? Can you copy and paste the version information listed by clicking on the Help menu, then selecting "About LibreOffice.

I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to 'UNCONFIRMED' once the steps are provided
