Description: as the summary says. Documents never resume where they are left off. both on windows 7, windows 10, and I've tried it on 3 linux distributions, so I know this is a gigantic bug that exists on the platform LibreOffice itself. Steps to Reproduce: This happens on linux and windows on all releases I've tried. 1. open any document, it isn't where I left off. Ever. 2. I do have a name entered in the author box, it still doesn't work and is often 10+ full pages off of where I left off. 3. even shift+f5 it is still off. Actual Results: Not where I left off. Ever. Disrupts my workflow and it's an annoyance that shouldn't persist this long. Expected Results: I expect a document to open up and be where I left it off. The page should be in the same orientation that I left it in, and the type cursor should be right behind the last letter I left it at. Without fail. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: Yes Additional Info: This was solved in OpenOffice and people have complained about this for years. I love OpenOffice and I want to love LibreOffice too, but ignoring these kind of fixes is what eventually kills the platform. Shift+f5 is not an acceptable fix/answer, and while it usually brings me to the page I left on, the cursor is still off sometimes. I shouldn't have to hit any keys or do anything to have my work pickup where I left off.
