uno:NavElement is used (but hidden) in the Find toolbar. 
Right-click menu, choose "Visible Buttons", then "Navigate by" and Press F1.

Result:  404 error and Help ID: .uno:NavElement 

Make "Navigate by" visible in Find bar.
Select any element in the combobox and press F1.

Result:  404 error and Help ID: modules/swriter/ui/combobox/combobox
