Description:
Cacl no longer respects ctrl-enter.  It displays multi-lines on top of one another instead of on separate lines.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. type text into cell
2. hit ctrl-enter
3. type more text

Actual Results:
the two lines of text are displayed overlaid

Expected Results:
two separate lines of text


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes

Test clearing the direct format in the cell [Ctrl+M]

As stated in the bug report, I did use a clean profile.  I created a new file for you (and also tested clearing formatting which didn't help).

This happens with new files as well as with every saved file I have.  I bet if someone else sent me one it would open with overlaid text as well.

You can test disabling Skia in Menu/Tools/LibreOffice/View.

I performed windows updates, specifically KB5027293 & KB5027538, which fixed this issue.  To be clear, the issue was not present in the previous version LibreOffice; it appeared with 7.5.4.2, but is gone now that both it, and Windows, are up-to-date.
