Hello,
when adding commnents in my text (convert into docx), sending it to colleagues, who use MS-Word, then all footnotes are erased, when text is resent to me...

Thanks for the report.
I believe this is bug 153804, which should be fixed in the upcoming version 7.5.6.

Please confirm that the footnotes are already gone when you save as DOCX, then close and reopen the document.
