It seems now you can't change font through Paraghraph syles specially in Arabic local. All arabic locals not shown in language list, so I can't change the font for arabic text.
pls, see the screen recode to understand the problem.

You need to enable Complex Text Layout (CTL), then UI will present further CTL elements, specifically the Font dialog will have a second section with all CTL languages.
Enable Tools -> Options -> Language Settings -> Languages, Default Languages for Documents, Complex text layout.
