Ah, you are talking about what's called "comments" in English. I changed the summary accordingly. You can find options to include comments in the margins of the PDF in the dialog. In the English UI, it's File > Export > Export as > Export as PDF > Comments in Margin. If you use the option "Comments as PDF annotations", the result will likely depend on the PDF viewer you are using. I just tested it and could see the annotations in the resulting PDF by hovering over it. (I tested Okular, Evince and Firefox.) Marking as "not a bug" but let us know if you still have issues with those instructions.
