Vertical bar

When entering text to a document sometimes a vertical bar remains in the text as if it was the input mark, but it does not blink. This is embarrassing because it is unclear, where the text position currently is located.

Please update to 7.5.5.2, and if you can still reproduce the issue, provide more information:
- full version info from Help > About LibreOffice
- check if this is not the same as bug 153306

I have 7.5.5.2 and don't exactly know how it happened, but saw it many times.

Marking as duplicate, but we can revert that if you can provide more information that shows that it is a different issue.
Bug 153306 is Skia-related, so if you don't use Skia, please let us know.
In that bug, Patrick recommends testing a recent master build to see if recent improvements fixed the issue: https://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/current.html
