Description Trevor Apple Cherry 2023-08-18 17:03:44 UTC
Description:
I type I finish. I save with a name. It refuses my authority or ownership.
But it saves in the computer or cloud with the name.
But not on my hard drive.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.write a letter
2.save a letter with a name
3.see if the file appears with a name or not.

Actual Results:
The name I use appears everywhere in the cloud but not on my WRITER LIBRE.

Expected Results:
I expected it to have a name saved.
But the name did not appear on my computer Libre office writer.
I had to look. Yes it is in my cloud.

Reproducible: Always

I cannot reproduce the issue. I don't think I completely understand the issue. Some questions I have are:

1. How are you uploading to the cloud? Is there a specific folder in your computer that is being synced with the cloud?
2. Which cloud are you using?
3. Have you tried saving the file in another location, such as the Desktop, to see if you can save the document?
4. What happens when you download the file from the cloud onto your computer? Are you able to open it with Writer?
5. You say that "it refuses your authority or ownership" but you are still able to upload to the cloud. What specific error message occurs when that happens?

I changed the status to "NEEDINFO". When you answer the questions above, please change it back to "UNCONFIRMED"

----------------------

My reproduction steps:
1. Open Writer
2. Type some text into the document
3. Save the file with ODT format in the Desktop folder
4. File is saved correctly in the Desktop folder with the name that I specify
