Did you get upgrades from official website? (https://www.libreoffice.org/download/download-libreoffice/) On which Windows version are you? (Win10, Win11, other?) Please upgrade to LO 7.5.7 + give a try at https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/QA/FirstSteps. If you still reproduce this, you can try brand new LO 7.6.2.
