add option to NOT print (or save as pdf) blank pages because of manual page break

Issue: When I put a manual page break at the end of a chapter, if the (end-of) the chapter fills the page, the manual page break is put on the following page and printing/saving-PDF the document results in blank pages appearing after the manual page break in the document.

Thanks, Tracey

Looks like a duplicate of tdf#118379

I know this is strange, but no.

The blank page(s) appear when I print all or save-as-PDF
The blank page has the [page x of y] in the footer, but no content.

I use a [manual page break] between chapters so the next chapter always falls on the following page.

When the last page at the end of the chapter is "100%" full, the [manual page break] is "moved" to the following page which creates a blank page (gap) and includes a [page x (page number incremented) of y] in the footer.

I do NOT want to delete the [manual page breaks] because I need them there.

¿¿¿Maybe ignore [manual page breaks] on a "100%" full page that does not have any content (text/image) to overflow on the following page???

Thanks, Tracey

Why you don't set up the paragraph charter style to have a page break before?

Tracey, could you please add a sample document, as that makes it easier to reprodruce the bug? Thank you.

I am NOT a knowledgeable style User yet.

Is this property to be set in the first paragraph of each chapter (and following) after chapter One?

Thanks, Tracey

Is this property to be set <ONLY> in the first paragraph of each chapter (and following) after chapter One?

Just for clarification.
Thanks, Tracey

Just wanted to check: the option "Print automatically inserted blank pages" in the "LibreOffice Writer" tab of the Print dialog does not help?

My issues with #157727/#45261 have been corrected which makes this issue not necessary.
It can be resolved if someone desires it, but it is not something I now need.

Thanks, Tracey

Not sure, what is a appropriate status. Let's change it to RESOLVED NOTABUG.
