When LibreOffice cannot embed SVGs into OOXML formats (DOCX, XLSX, PPTX) and that's why we lose vector quality in documents.

Steps to reproduce: 1) Open one of the listed: LO Writer, Calc, Impress. 2) Insert SVG into document. 3) Save as one OOXML formats: DOCX, XLSX, PPTX. Actual Results: SVG is not saved into this file. Expected results: SVG should be embedded into the file (to retain vector quality). Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: No
