When I run a recent LO nightly, with no command-line arguments or special environment variables, I get the errors in the opening comment (sorry for not having this text in there as well).

The files they mention have not existed for several days now, with me having since rebooted the machine more than once.

This also happens if I only run libreoffice with `--help`, i.e. no GUI comes up.
