Pivot tables from Excel 2016 with different table styles applied

Pivot tables in Excel are styled with table styles. Once those get implemented (bug 66377), it should be possible to apply those to pivot tables as well on import.

1. Open attached file
-> pivot tables don't have the colorful styles applied to them.
