Description himatech 2024-02-01 23:25:25 UTC
Description:
When I change the image position basedpoint and size basepoint to "top-right" and I press ok, the image remains at default settings.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. In calc, click a cell
2. Insert/Paste an image
3. After the image is inserted into the cell, make sure the Image is selected
4. Go to the Image Menu -> Position and Size
5. In the Position and Size tab, select the basepoints (top-right) for both position and size.
6. Click Ok

Actual Results:
No effect

Expected Results:
The image should be anchored to the top-right side of the cell, I guess.

Reproducible: Always

Based on tdf#159183 comment7, I am CC'ing Michael Weghorn. Maybe this just needs bibisecting and/or backporting some fix.

I don't have any special insights for the issue here, but it's the same on master, so not just a matter of backporting. (That's the case for tdf#159183, which is a different issue.)

Repeating steps 3-4, the previously set base points for position and size are top-left again, also confirming that the previous selection was not applied. Previously made setting should be applied and remain. (Or if there's a particular reason why that particular choice should not supported, it should not be possible to select that in the first place.)

CC'ing "Luigi Gorgone" from tdf#159183 comment 6, who apparently has the same problem, but with older version and under Linux. I am changing fields accordingly. In the middle of the versions mentioned, there was some crash (tdf#159183) that was somehow resolved before 24.2.0.3, so I'm not changing the Version field for now.
