Sample slide (PPTX)

1. Open document
2. Invoke presentation mode

Actual outcome: the background image teeters and then lands in
a random position - different from one invocation to the next!
Expected outcome: the background image teeters and returns to its
   starting position.

(The sample document is PPTX and Impress may be defining the
"Emphasis - Teeter" effect differently than PowerPoint, in which
case for interoperability we'd need a special mode.

That said I'd challenge the idea of random effects like this in
presentations and believe Impress could/should be adjusted.)

Reproduced on:

Version: 24.8.0.0.alpha0+ (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community
Build ID: d2fa44db6f8a1badece63856ee0f12db4cba9b28
CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 6.5; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3
Locale: en-AU (en_AU.UTF-8); UI: en-US
Calc: threaded

Checking with the linux-64-releases bibisect repo, the animation always looked bad, since it was imported and used in libreoffice-3.5.0rc3.
In libreoffice-3.4.6rc2, no animation is listed in the sidebar.

No difference if saved as ODP.

MS Office 365 (web) does show the animation listed (as "Existing"), but does not animate the image when presenting.
OnlyOffice animates properly.
