It looks like the "Enable remote control" option appears in the "Slideshow Settings dialog in: Version: 24.8.0.0.alpha1+ (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 9312f954b6d636f232a72e35aa2767e450690793 CPU threads: 8; OS: Linux 6.8; UI render: default; VCL: x11 Locale: en-US (en_US.UTF-8); UI: en-US Calc: CL threaded - but the "Enable insecure WiFi connections" feature is missing. I'll add that in too.
