Use attachment 193679 [details] sample ODS from bug 160666. (regression part for open is not relevant here for edit and this is older issue). Cursor in A5 and F2 to edit - see that B5:M5 are green and empty, not showing text, while original text remains not seen. Reproduced when content of cell with link is larger than cell.

I reproduce, I tried double-clicking into the A5 cell, after a short delay the green area expands to the right but the hyperlink text is not shown. However, I don't see that starting with the comment 2 commit. I tested in linux-64-7.1 repo, reproduced at cc2060fb21d48d775e5a85b9080c10589ab7287e [ac65d1a7b62a6f22a364f82fc7fe6ce6400bf60c] and then at HEAD~1 as well. Would have been surprising from such a commit. The issue appears a little inconsistently, so to make sure it is there, you can zoom in and out. With that extra step, I reproduce in OOo 3.3. In essence, I'd say this is a duplicate of bug 39910. Would you agree?
Bug 39910 is about seeing and wrapping. By title here that would be it. But this part about colors is different, so I would keep this separated. And that color part is regression as I found but in GTK3, not gen.

Can you please check your bibisect again but making sure you zoom in/out at the end to refresh the view?
Zooming did not change look for me. Bu strange, unlike yesterday, today I cannot reproduce OK color before the commit in 7.1. Anyway, color is the bug. May be resolved with 39910 but lwt us see,
