This bug was filed from the crash reporting server and is br-85bb112f-612d-42f2-9ee6-bfd619ec49cf.

Basically, LibreOffice Impress 24 works fine - as long as I don't try to include a short .MP4 video.  I have tried the following install:-
libreoffice-avmedia-backend-gstreamer

The video can be viewed with other applications but within Impress - crash!

Please attach a sample video, and paste the information in Menu/Help/About LibreOffice, there is a copy icon.

Attached file that works fine with all media players in LinuxMint 21.3.  From within Impress - crashes.

@m_a_riosv Bug 62408 Windows-specific, I'm not sure how this could be a duplicate.
