Description:
Crash dragging item from gallery a second time into a document

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Writer
2. Open gallery in sidebar
3. Drag an object into the document
4. Drag the same or other object from the gallery to the document -> Crash

Actual Results:
Crash

Expected Results:
No crash


Reproducible: Always

Likely a macOS bug then. It might even be a duplicate of bug 161461
