Marketing asks to foster donations by adding some prominent button to the start center. Could replace the Help button, some footer toolbar in the recent documents/templates area, or in the header bar next to the hamburger menu.

The stacked buttons makes the view too high. But I can imagine to remove the extension button and add donate instead.
