Created attachment 195105 [details] Image of Right-clicking in order to Edit Index in TOC Upon attempting to add a column to a Table of Contents (1 column) to the far right, 0.86 in width, on oage #4 of a 152 page Writer document (6X9"), the program crashed. Automatic crash report sent. This happened when first using ver 24.2.4.2 51a6219feb6075d9a4c46691dcfe0cd9c4fff3c2. Downloaded today.
Chaz, thank you for reporting the bug. My steps: 1. Open a document witha TOC 2. Edit index -> Columns 3. Choose 2 columns and 2,18 cm (= 0.86 in) 4. O.K. Works fine Version: 24.8.0.1 (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 6fd6cae02baed1e82d14ed2da1f2458092354dab CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 10 X86_64 (10.0 build 19045); UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win Locale: de-DE (de_DE); UI: en-US Calc: CL threaded So perhaps document specific?

If you send a crash report, please include the link to it here. There's no way for us to figure out which one it was that corresponds to your issue. If you can, please attach a sample file so we can test in the same conditions. Please also share the full version information copied from Help > About LibreOffice. Thank you!
