File I can´t open

When you try to open this particular file Writer hang out with high CPU use. The file is never opened.

This happen with version 24.2.4, but thiss file was generated witht version 24.2.3 and worked well there

Version 24.2.3 also can´t open the file. It works well with 24.2.2

Bibisected the fix with linux-64-24.8 repo to d1ddd136a1b0e452492464d58715eaec144fd811
