Description: In Writer, after apply a style, the Formatting toolbar Set Paragraph Style drop-down list will re-arrange the ordering of the list. When opening a document with applied Headings, the fonts and style of the items in the Set Paragraph Style drop-down list will also be changed. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open a new or existing Writer document. If formatting toolbar is not displayed, select View -> Toolbars -> Formatting. 2. Type some text if opening blank document. Select some text and apply a style. The method of apply a style does not matter. 3. Open the Formatting toolbar Set Paragraph Style drop-down list. Actual Results: Formatting toolbar Set Paragraph Style drop-down list re-orders the styles. Font of styles may also change when viewing an existing document with applied styles Expected Results: Formatting toolbar Set Paragraph Style drop-down list does not change. Bibisected with linux-64-7.6 to 95756934cf56e4a9ff58464bc0ed6881c15fe411 Resolves tdf#152666 - Hide default styles for large lists
The TB styles list show some frequently used and what has been applied. If you pick a style from the first, eg. H1, it moves down to the latter. This could be solved by first adding the default set and amend the list with the applied. But in this case we quickly reach the maximum number. Doesn't it make more sense to focus on what is used, admittedly on cost of consistency in the list?
