Description:
If a value is pasted into a column with a conditional format, the range is changed when Undo is invoked.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. enter 1 into A1
2. enter 2 into A2
3. Apply Color Scale conditional formatting to column A
4. paste value into A3
5. undo

Actual Results:
The conditional format range is changed to A3, A4:A104876,A1:A2

Expected Results:
The range should remain unchanged (A:A)
