Description hank.tu.biz 2024-07-23 05:34:59 UTC
Description:
Using android 9 on an LG tablet. I'm unable to change to dark mode. Is it because I can't find it in settings? Or, does this app not have dark mode? I need (want) that dark mode.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open app.
2.go to settings.
3.fail to find setting for appearance or dark mode.

Actual Results:
Blinding white theme is the only one allowed.

Expected Results:
No results for dark theme, or any material design option.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: Yes

Additional Info:
Version used is the current one recommended on f-droid.

By now, the app uses the system mode for UI elements except for the document content itself, see tdf#124480.
If you enable dark mode in your Android system settings, the app will use that mode as well.

Dark mode support for the document content itself has not been implemented yet, this is tracked in tdf#124480.

Therefore, I'm closing this as a duplicate of tdf#124480.

If you have additional issues with dark mode besides document content not using it, please reopen this bug here and give more details.
