Description:
Logo, icon, and graphic are pixelated on welcome screen and about dialog with an hidpi display

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open LO
2. 

Actual Results:
LO logo, icon, and graphic are pixelated on welcome screen and about dialog with an hidpi display

Expected Results:
There should be a higher res version provided when the user is using an hidpi display


Reproducible: Always
