Description: Attached is an empty file with just an svg background. If I scroll via PgUp and PgDn it's OK, but using the mouse and the scrollbar is very slow and utilize a 100% CPU, this happens both in the ODT and PDF files. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open attached file 2.
