Description:
Whole table marked deleted when deleting a column with track changes record on (with merged cells)

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the attached file
2. Edit -> Track changes -> record (ON). Show ON/OFF doesn't really matter
3. Place cursor in the orange column
4. Delete column

Actual Results:
Whole table deleted

Expected Results:
Only the column


Reproducible: Always
