Document with vertical line shape in the middle

Context-free description:

Consider the attached DOC file. It has a 2-column layout - LTR, no line-between. It also has a line shape, with dash-dot style, vertically in the middle of the (A4 landscape) page.

When the document is opened in LO Writer, the vertical line shape appears on the left side of the page.

Now for some background:

This is one of several bugs separating out the issuess we see in the infamous DOC from in bug 50301.

The attached document is attachment 62050 [details], with (almost) all content removed except the vertical line shape.
