A fill-space character number format

Open the attachment. In its F1 cell, there is a value of 14, with the cell's number format of '"XXX"* 0', which puts three X characters, then fills the cell's free space with a space character, and then puts the number.

Zooming it to 25% and below, using today's master, disables the fill character effect.
