The related tables are marked in the uploaded document. 

There's a "Cannot press Delete here ->" marking, this is another bug and is irrelevant to this bug.

But I see there's no empty paragraph?
I can't set the cursor between the two tables, and displaying "Formatting Marks" shows no paragraph either.

I see that there is something, that I can't find out.

But doing:
- Select Table 2
- Cut
- Go to the beginning of the paragraph with 'Cannot press Delete here → '
- Paste Table 2
Now they can be merged.

Something is wrong at opening the file, what are tables on Word, are imported as Frames just after the 'Cannot press Delete here → ' where there is a 'Break of Section'
