NEW per comment 2, even though I can't seem to reproduce on Windows. If you can check with bibisect repos, it would be nice.

I reproduce the problem with: Version: 24.8.0.3 (X86_64) / LibreOffice Community Build ID: 0bdf1299c94fe897b119f97f3c613e9dca6be583 CPU threads: 20; OS: Windows 11 X86_64 (10.0 build 22631); UI render: Skia/Raster; VCL: win Locale: en-US (en_US); UI: en-US Calc: CL threaded
Increasing the severity to "normal" as the numbers are not completely visible in dark mode.
Reproducible in earlier versions too (24.2.x and 7.6.7.2). Same problem when the ruler is right-aligned at the start.
