Description: I noticed the following bug in LibreOffice Math. I changed the fonts to Libertinus. I chose them as "Default". As long as the file is open, these fonts are applied in the document. However, after reopening the same file or creating a new one, the font in the "Math" section reverts to OpenSymbol. For all other positions (Variables, Functions, ...) the settings are saved. Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open LibreOffice Math and create any formula. 2.Change the font in "Math" from "OpenSymbol" to "Libertinus Math". 3.Save settings as Default. Save this file and close it. 4.Open the same file. Go to font settings. 5.The "OpenSymbol" font reappears in "Math". Actual Results: Constantly resets the font to OpenSymbol in Math. Expected Results: Saving font settings in the "Math" section Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: Yes Additional Info: I use Fedora 40 KDE spin.

Raal, how can I found Font options like in the screenshot?
(In reply to BogdanB from comment #3) > Raal, how can I found Font options like in the screenshot? Hi Bogdan, menu Format > Fonts.
Created attachment 198477 [details] video testing the bug I confirm that a new document will lose the Font, but in my case, the Font UBUNTU that I tested on Math, is keeped on reopening the file. Raal, please can you test this, to make the bug summary more clear.
Seems like a duplicate of 43282, referring to a Format - Font setting not being saved for a new file. Raal, what do you think?
