Description Albert Acer 2024-08-28 20:07:58 UTC
Description:
When I am testing LO Writer 24.8 in Spanish, I have found the string “Enclose with characters” untranslated into Spanish language, under the configuration options, inside “Formatting Aids”, when expanding the LibreOffice Writer branch, as we can see in the screenshot accompanying this report.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open LibreOffice Writer 24.8 in Spanish.
2. Select the “Tools” menu and then tap or click on “Options”.
3. Expand the LibreOffice Writer branch.
4. Find and select the “Formatting Aids” option.
5. On the right side, find the string “Enclose with characters” in the position
indicated by the screenshot accompanying this report.

Actual Results:
The string “Enclose with characters” appears in English and not in Spanish as it should be.

Expected Results:
For the mentioned string Weblate should set the corresponding translation in Spanish.
It could be “ Encerrar con caracteres” instead of “Enclose with characters”.

Reproducible: Always

The Weblate string is here:

Adolfo: if ok with "Encerrar con caracteres", I can put this on Weblate.
