Description klakomuc 2024-09-07 08:48:55 UTC
Description:
The cell formatting "Wrap text automatically" is not persistent if the workbook is saved in the "Excel 2007–365 (.xlsx)" or "Excel 2007–365 (macro-enabled) (.xlsm)" file formats. This bug affects the current Calc version 24.2.6.2 (i.e. libreoffice-still 24.2.6-1 on Arch Linux).

Steps to Reproduce:
Open an Excel file with a text wrap in a cell. You can see that the text is not wrapped. After correcting the formatting and subsequent saving of the file, the problem persists.

Actual Results:

Expected Results:
All cell formatting should be saved persistently in all file formats, especially as this was possible until recently.

Reproducible: Always
